At Leonardo Hotels, we are looking for an Activity Coordinator with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy working with children and love organizing fun and engaging activities, this opportunity is perfect for you! We seek a proactive, energetic individual with excellent communication skills, fluent English proficiency, and the ability to thrive in an international environment. Key Responsibilities: * Design, promote, and implement a variety of sports, wellness (wellbeing/wellness), and artistic activity programs, ensuring compliance with Leonardo Hotels’ quality standards. * Collaborate and support the delivery of programs for other departments when required — including kids’, teens’, family, or water park programs — ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for all guests. * Deliver each service strictly adhering to company-established standards and protocols. This includes efficiently coordinating all necessary resources to guarantee maximum excellence in every activity. * Ensure all recreational activity areas are in perfect condition for use and, upon completion of each activity, are properly tidied and prepared for the next service. * Monitor and control stock levels of materials required for program delivery. It is essential to ensure correct material usage according to established protocols and proactively report replenishment or procurement needs whenever required. * Place material orders following product guidelines and budget directives set by management, aiming for optimal utilization of available financial resources. REQUIREMENTS Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in similar animation or entertainment roles. * Fluent English language skills (mandatory). * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * High levels of creativity, energy, and enthusiasm. * Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. * Passion for sports, arts, and recreational activities. Preferred Qualifications: * Education in Tourism, Recreation, Early Childhood Education, or related fields. * Specific experience in children’s and family-oriented animation. * Knowledge of additional languages. * Skills in a specific artistic or sports discipline (e.g., music, dance, aquatic sports, etc.).
