Join us in pursuing solutions to achieve a sustainable future.** **Job Description** At ACCIONA, we are looking for a candidate to join as a **Sustainability Fullstack Manager \- AI Native**, within the Global Corporate Sustainability Directorate. The purpose of this position is to design, execute, and evaluate initiatives that position ACCIONA as the undisputed benchmark in sustainable infrastructure solutions, while ensuring the company’s performance against its commitments is rigorously measured, clearly communicated, and continuously improved. We seek individuals capable of executing the full cycle in uncertain and volatile environments: identifying opportunities, designing responses, mobilizing others to implement them, and closing the loop by measuring impact—with artificial intelligence agents serving as a structural lever. And with the ability to maintain course when context shifts, deadlines move, and results take time to become visible. That is what *fullstack* means in this context. The main responsibilities will be as follows: **Design and execution of leading initiatives:** * Identify areas where ACCIONA can build or expand a distinctive sustainable leadership position, based on performance and market analysis. * Design concrete initiatives—products, commitments, alliances, certifications, programs—that reinforce the value proposition toward institutional clients and investors. * Coordinate with technical, business, and support areas to ensure effective implementation, guaranteeing coherence between commitment and execution. * Evaluate the impact of each initiative on competitive positioning and performance indicators, feeding back into the continuous improvement cycle. **Transformation of the area through AI:** * Design and implement artificial intelligence agents that automate and enhance key area processes: ESG data collection and consolidation, performance analysis, report generation, regulatory monitoring, and market foresight. * Continuously identify new opportunities to apply AI in the area’s workflows, guided by criteria of impact and feasibility. * Establish quality, traceability, and governance standards for AI use within the sustainability function. * Collaborate with technology and innovation areas to scale developed solutions across other functions or geographies of the Group. **Team coordination:** * Coordinate artificial intelligence agents and sustainability professionals with specialized profiles, ensuring alignment with the area’s priorities and consistency in operational criteria across the organization. * Establish and deploy working frameworks and follow-up routines enabling the team to operate at high performance with a strong results orientation. * Actively participate in defining the area’s organizational model, contributing expertise on structure, roles, and capabilities required to meet the Group’s objectives. **Candidate Requirements** * 10–15 years of experience in corporate sustainability roles, combining ESG performance management and the design or execution of impact initiatives, either in industry or consulting. * Experience coordinating teams or professional networks in matrixed or distributed environments—comfortable exercising influence-based authority as well as hierarchical authority. * Change agent: Ability to move from analysis to proposal, and from proposal to execution—without losing precision at any stage. * Authority without hierarchy: Expert knowledge of sustainability frameworks, EU taxonomy, risks/materiality, decarbonization, and social impact. Deep technical expertise in these subjects is non-negotiable. * Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI agents applied to analytical or managerial processes—a structural requirement of the role. * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences—from technical teams to boards of directors, investors, or clients. * Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. * Experience in infrastructure, energy, water, sustainable mobility, or urban planning sectors will be valued. * Strong analytical capability combined with a results orientation under imperfect conditions—whoever requires absolute certainty before acting will find this role frustrating. * Knowledge of carbon markets, emissions accounting, and sustainable finance. * A track record including both successful initiatives and lessons learned from unsuccessful ones—and the ability to narrate both naturally. * Willingness to build: This is a role where part of the work involves shaping something still taking form. The final candidate will join a team that believes sustainability is earned by demonstrating results—not by declaring intentions. In an internally recognized position with direct visibility into the Group’s sustainability strategy and performance. The opportunity to contribute to designing a new model of an agentic sustainability function within one of the world’s largest infrastructure companies. Alongside high-impact projects across multiple geographies, with real engagement with senior leadership, institutional clients, and regulatory bodies—in an environment combining technical rigor, autonomy, and scale of impact rarely found elsewhere in the sector. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing. We invite all individuals to apply regardless of origin, circumstances, background, or condition. ACCIONA has received the Top Employer certification for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025—recognizing the Company as one of the best places to work in Spain.*
