We are looking for a Production Manager to join a leading food company to lead and coordinate production (manufacturing and packaging) activities and teams, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, hygiene, traceability, and safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Organize and coordinate daily factory operations, managing human and technical resources according to the production schedule and customer orders. * Ensure fulfillment of manufacturing orders and adherence to quality and safety standards. * Lead operational and production follow-up meetings. * Participate in scheduling, vacation planning, and staffing requirements. * Promote a safe working environment and continuous improvement, in collaboration with Quality and Operational Excellence departments. * Analyze consumption deviations and propose corrective and improvement actions. * Support onboarding and training of new employees, as well as development of existing teams. * Contribute to assessing maintenance needs, investments, and process optimization. **REQUIREMENTS** * Preferably hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification or University Degree related to industrial production. * Familiarity with key stages of an industrial manufacturing process. * Advanced level of English or French (minimum C1 level in either language). * Experience using industry-specific software such as ERP systems. * Proficiency with standard communication tools. * Knowledge of labor law. * General knowledge of communication techniques. **What does the company offer?** * Join a solid and growing company. * A dynamic, collaborative environment with professional development opportunities. * A stable and responsible project within the production department. * Early-Friday closing
