Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer with Genesys Cloud experience for a stable project in the banking sector, focused on developing and maintaining customer experience flows and optimizing platforms. Support continuous improvement of the platform 15/04/2026 100% Remote Work, Spain Up to €54,000 For a stable project in a multinational banking-sector company, we are selecting a Software Engineer with Genesys Cloud experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and maintain customer experience flows in Genesys Cloud Architect. Create and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services. Implement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels. Resolve incidents, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability. Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities following development best practices. Support continuous improvement of the contact center platform and related processes. Assume periodic on-call shifts (24/7\), typically one per month. **REQUIREMENTS:** At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Genesys Cloud or an equivalent CCaaS solution. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. English proficiency at B2\+/C1 level. **LOCATION:** 100% remote work.
