Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Consultant in Property Management to oversee the financial, operational, and legal aspects of real estate assets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of financial and operational aspects of assets. 2. Advisory services and negotiation of lease agreements. 3. Direct communication with clients, tenants, and suppliers. At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to hire a Junior Consultant for our Property Management Division based in Barcelona. Responsibilities: * Financial Management: invoicing, validation and payment of supplier invoices, bank account reconciliations, preparation of expense settlements, tax administration. Preparation of financial reports for assets. * Operations: resolution of incidents, management of insurance claims with insurance companies, coordination and proposal of actions for tenants. * Legal: advisory services/negotiation of lease agreements, monitoring compliance with and implementation of various contractual terms stipulated in lease agreements, adherence to regulations concerning Owners' Associations. * Other: direct communication with clients, direct communication with tenants and suppliers.
