If you’re obsessed with understanding why something works, generating volume with intention, and turning creativity into competitive advantage… keep reading. **Your Mission** You’ll work hand-in-hand with Brand and Paid teams to turn creativity into a real lever for growth. **This means:** * Identifying opportunities * Turning data into actionable ideas * Creating high-converting assets * Building a system of continuous experimentation Here, creativity is not decoration. It’s growth. What You’ll Do ### **Think like a strategist…** You’ll develop creative approaches for acquisition, awareness, and consideration campaigns. You’ll translate insights into: * communication angles * hooks * creative concepts * narratives * testing frameworks * conversion-focused messaging Identifying what to say, how to say it, and how to make it perform. ### **…and execute like a builder** We don’t just want thinking—we want production. You’ll play a key role in creating: * static ads * performance videos * UGC assets * hooks and openings * scripts * copies * variations ready for testing You’ll move quickly and intentionally from insight → asset → iteration. ### **Build a system (not isolated assets)** You’ll collaborate with Paid to design a testing system across: * hooks * messages * CTAs * formats * storytelling * UGC * visual approaches Test extensively, learn fast, scale what works. ### **Elevate message and conversion** You’ll create: * advertising copy * landing pages * emails * lead-generation messages Each asset crafted with clear business intent. ### **Read data as a creative advantage** You’ll analyze: * campaign performance * audience behavior * trends and competition Understanding what works, why… and what to test next.
