We are looking for a **Project Manager** to join our team in Madrid in a hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will lead the delivery of application management outsourcing services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and achievement of objectives agreed upon with the client. That’s why we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in impactful regional and global projects. **Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate application technology projects * Manage outsourcing services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs * Plan scope, timelines, costs, and service risks * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors * Oversee quality, standards, and configuration management * Prepare executive reporting and communicate with stakeholders **Requirements** * Minimum 15 years of professional experience in IT * At least 6 years of specific experience managing application outsourcing services * Experience managing projects with teams of more than 5 people * Minimum 3 years of experience with service technologies * Minimum 2 years of experience with Agile Scrum methodologies * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent; or fulfillment of equivalency requirements with additional experience * Minimum accredited training of 440 hours in required areas * At least one of the following certifications: * Java Certification (OCA, OCP, Spring, or equivalent) * Oracle Database Certification (SQL Associate, OCP DBA, or PL/SQL) * Angular or Angular/TypeScript Certification **Nice to have** * Knowledge of ATLAS 2, JAPI, or MOVA3 frameworks * Project Management Certification (PMP or PRINCE2) * Experience with quality standards and configuration management * Experience in Public Administration or large-organization environments **We offer** * • Indefinite-term contract with competitive salary• Flexible work modality and remote work option• Personalized career plan and continuous training• Participation in stable projects with strong technical components• Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance• Social benefits tailored to your needs
