KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Planning:** Coordinate execution timelines, material deliveries, and subcontractors from project inception through handover. * **Financial Management:** Monitor costs across various projects, issue monthly certifications, and manage supplier orders. * **Technical Supervision:** Ensure on-site execution strictly complies with drawings and quality specifications. * **Health and Safety:** Guarantee strict compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations on site. * **Client Relations:** Serve as the technical liaison with the client or supervising authority, reporting progress and resolving issues. Requirements * **Education:** Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction. * **Willingness to travel occasionally** to sites nationwide. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years managing high-end residential or commercial construction projects. * **Soft Skills:** Leadership ability, problem-solving under pressure, and strong attention to detail. * **Tools:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and planning software (e.g., MS Project).
