RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Planning:** Coordinate execution timelines, material deliveries, and subcontractors from project inception through handover. * **Economic Management:** Monitor costs across various projects, issue monthly certifications, and manage supplier orders. * **Technical Supervision:** Ensure on-site execution strictly conforms to drawings and quality specifications. * **Health and Safety:** Guarantee strict compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations on site. * **Customer Service:** Serve as the technical liaison with clients or supervising authorities, reporting progress and resolving issues. Requirements * **Education:** Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction. * **Willingness to travel occasionally** for projects nationwide. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years managing high-end residential or commercial building projects. * **Soft Skills:** Leadership ability, problem-solving under pressure, and exceptional attention to detail. * **Tools:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project).
