Incident resolution and platform performance optimization 15/04/2026 100% Remote Work, Spain Up to 54\.000€ For a stable project with a multinational banking-sector company, we are selecting a Software Engineer with experience in Genesys Cloud. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and maintain customer experience flows in Genesys Cloud Architect. Create and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services. Implement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels. Resolve incidents, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability. Participate in testing, documentation, and implementation activities following software development best practices. Support continuous improvement of the contact center platform and related processes. Assume periodic on-call shifts (24/7\), typically one per month. **REQUIREMENTS:** At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Genesys Cloud or an equivalent CCaaS platform. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. English proficiency at B2\+/C1\. **LOCATION:** 100% remote work. Availability to attend client offices in Madrid once per month. **SALARY:** Competitive, based on experience, up to 54\.000 EUR gross/year.
