Job Summary: Develops and maintains Mainframe applications using COBOL, analyzes requirements, manages incidents, and collaborates with technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration within technical teams in complex environments. ### **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain applications in the Mainframe environment using COBOL. * Analyze technical requirements and participate in solution design. * Manage incidents in production environments, ensuring system stability. * Participate in evolutionary development and improvements of critical applications. * Collaborate with various technical teams in complex and structured environments. * Ensure code quality and proper application functionality. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Mainframe environments. * Solid knowledge of COBOL, CICS, and DB2\. * Ability to work autonomously in application development and maintenance. * Experience in structured environments, preferably in the banking sector. * Experience in the insurance sector (desirable). * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Focus on software quality and stability. * Ability to work in a team and collaborate across different technical areas.
