Job Summary: We are seeking an infrastructure specialist with experience in Linux RHEL and NGINX to optimize critical systems and actively participate in technical decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for technical growth and decision-making autonomy. 2. Projects where infrastructure takes center stage. 3. Team culture focused on knowledge sharing. At PROCESIA, we operate at the point where infrastructure stops being the invisible backbone and becomes the heart of the business. We work with organizations that cannot afford downtime, excuses, or “we’ll look into it tomorrow.” **What are we looking for?** Someone who enjoys fine-tuning NGINX—shaving seconds off response times or hunting down an SSL/TLS issue that only appears under load. Someone who: * Has spent at least 3 years wrestling with (and befriending) Linux in production environments—RHEL preferred. * Has genuinely used NGINX as a reverse proxy and load balancer—not just to serve a landing page. Virtual hosts, headers, routing, certificates—the full stack. * Can trace an HTTP request’s journey: from NGINX, through API layers, to backend Java services—and identify where it breaks (timeouts, 4xx/5xx errors, connectivity issues, SSL/TLS problems). * Automates by instinct—not just because asked: Ansible, Bash/Shell, recurring tasks turned into playbooks. * Is accustomed to N2/N3 support, where problems arrive unfiltered and require structured, analytical thinking. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your playground will be a 100% on-premise architecture built on Linux RHEL, with NGINX as the entry point and a Java middleware stack supporting mission-critical applications: * Tune an NGINX configuration so a new service enters rotation without affecting other services. * Define advanced routing, certificates, and headers for a new domain passing through the API layer before reaching the backend. * Investigate why certain requests are slowing down: review logs, response times, system metrics, and propose configuration changes. * Use Ansible to deploy coordinated changes across DEV, PRE, and PRO environments—no more “it worked on my machine” surprises. * Participate in production rollouts where your opinion carries weight when deciding how and when changes are implemented. * Document your optimizations so the team can reuse them—reducing black magic and increasing shared knowledge. You won’t be alone at the terminal: you’ll collaborate closely with development teams, fellow system administrators, and operations personnel who fully understand what it means to manage a critical environment. **What do we offer?** Beyond the standard expectations for such a role, we want this position to be a place where you can grow technically and make real decisions. * Permanent contract and full-time schedule from day one—this is not a short-term project but a long-term commitment. * Hybrid/remote work model with flexible hours, allowing you to balance personal life and deployments without stress. * Projects where infrastructure matters: NGINX, Linux, and middleware are front and center—not background resources. * Personalized development plan: certifications, training in automation, observability, security—and time to apply it. * Strong team culture centered on sharing: technical reviews, forums for proposing improvements, and leadership grounded in Management 3\.0 principles (participation, feedback, responsible autonomy). * Day-to-day benefits: shortened Friday working hours, reduced summer schedule, private health insurance with no co-pay, coffee/tea in the office, and time off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
