Drive partnership policy with relevant stakeholders **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify relevant competitive funding and promote proposals. * Contribute to the acquisition of external funding, whether national or international calls and alliances aligned with CRM's objectives and mission as a research center. * Support the PI in non-scientific project drafting and follow-up: review drafts, provide comments, assist in preparing the budget, etc. * Ensure compliance with funding policies and regulations specified in the call. * Promote partnership policy with other relevant stakeholders so that CRM can fulfill its mission. Define agreement content and develop joint actions (e.g., workshops, training events, etc). * Actively participate in internal training/informational sessions organized by the Projects Department. * And any other tasks necessary for the center **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related field. * At least 5 years of proven experience in pre\-award project management. * Full professional proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English. * Knowledge of the Spanish and European scientific and technological systems. * Proven experience with regional, national, and international public funding instruments for institutional development of a research center. * Experience working in CERCA centers. **WE ALSO EXPECT THE CANDIDATE TO HAVE:** * Flexible attitude * Proactive mindset * Strong organizational skills * Teamwork abilities **CONTRACT DETAILS:** * Full-time position (37.5 h/week). * Qualification: The candidate must hold the qualification required for the position. * Estimated start date: July 2026 * Contract duration: Temporary until project completion (August 2029\). * Location: CRM facilities. * Flexible working hours and option for teleworking. * Training and development opportunities. * Salary according to the candidate’s profile and experience. **SELECTION PROCESS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA:** Selection will be conducted by a committee composed of CRM’s Directorate, Management, and HR.
