The main duties include: \- Planning of tasks. \- Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual; completing the corresponding form. \- Following corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. \- Repairing and/or supervising malfunctions; verifying that malfunctions are resolved. \- Conducting Legionella prevention procedures; completing relevant records. \- Ensuring facilities comply with current regulations.\- Responsible for implementing the emergency plan. \- Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in optimal condition. \- Assessing the condition of facilities and reporting findings to the hotel manager. \- Promoting and implementing energy-saving and efficiency measures. \- Managing inventory and spare parts, subject to management approval. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS \- Experience in a similar position. \- Technical education plus installer certifications. \- Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). \- Commitment, rigor, and dedication. ### **Offered** OFFERED \- 40-hour weekly contract. \- Competitive salary. \- Genuine opportunities for professional growth within the hotel chain. **HOSPITALITY CONNECTION BARCELONA SL** --------------------------------------- * Barcelona * Human Resources
