Therefore, we are launching an internal promotion process to hire an **Internal Commercial Training Coordinator**, a key role to drive the development of our commercial teams and contribute to excellence in customer experience. Mission: Coordinate internal training for the commercial area, ensuring homogeneous, up-to-date, and business-aligned training that supports the continuous development of our teams and achievement of commercial objectives. **Main Responsibilities**: * Coordinate the internal commercial training plan in collaboration with Sales Managers and team leads. * Organize the training itinerary for new hires in the commercial area. * Directly deliver training sessions related to commercial processes, internal tools, operational criteria, work methodology, and products for which sufficient expertise exists. * Coordinate specialized training with product managers, pre-sales staff, managers, or other internal experts when subject matter requires a higher level of specialization. * Identify needs for reinforcement, refresher, or updated training within commercial teams. * Prepare, organize, and maintain up-to-date internal commercial training materials. * Coordinate with the People Department on identifying, analyzing, and evaluating external training providers. * Monitor the effectiveness of training activities and propose improvements where necessary. * Prepare follow-up reports on training activity, identified needs, and progress of implemented initiatives. What We Are Looking For * Proven experience in Lefebvre’s commercial area (familiarity with Lefebvre’s products, sales techniques, and competitors’ offerings). * Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills. * Advanced proficiency in Office, CRM, and Evolution. * Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of tenure at the company **Compensation**: Annual gross salary range between 34\.000\-44\.000€, comprising fixed and variable components. **Application Deadline**: Until 25/06\. **Workplace**: Madrid
