This position is for you. At **Fairson Inventario**, we conduct inventories for over 650 companies and retail chains across Spain and Europe. This role will allow you to develop diverse skills through direct fieldwork and daily exposure to varied situations. **Candidate Profile** * Residence in **Las Palmas** or surrounding areas. * Valid **Class B driver's license** required (company vehicle provided). * No prior experience needed: we will train you on our tools, methods, and best practices. We are looking for individuals who are: * Autonomous, rigorous, and organized. * Skilled at interacting with clients. * Capable of coordinating and motivating teams. **What You Will Learn or Develop in This Role** * Autonomy in managing inventories. * Team management competencies (up to 12 people). * Ability to work independently or collaboratively with other supervisors, depending on inventory size and complexity. * Communication skills, especially when interacting with clients. * Adaptability, responsiveness, and initiative. * Strong organizational sense and ability to prioritize tasks. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare inventories (materials and zone allocation). * Train, supervise, and accompany inventory teams. * Monitor inventory execution and ensure its reliability. * Adjust strategy to guarantee quality and productivity. * Serve as the client’s on-site contact person and ensure their satisfaction. * Deliver final inventory results and documentation. **Working Conditions** * Flexible hours (early mornings or afternoons/evenings depending on assignments), primarily on weekdays. * Frequent travel, sometimes spanning several days with overnight stays at hotels. * Constant adaptation to diverse environments and teams. * Primarily field-based work, in sales or storage areas. **What We Offer** * **Comprehensive training** and practical on-the-job mentoring. * Salary: **€18,660 gross annually** (with rapid salary progression) + monthly quality and performance bonuses. * Company-provided vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop. * **Full coverage of travel expenses** (fuel, tolls, hotel, etc.). * Daily meal allowance of up to **€35**. * A **close-knit and human-oriented workplace**, where achievements are recognized. * **Rapid promotion and professional development opportunities**, based on your progress and results.
