Key liaison with customers and technical team An environmental health company with over 25 years of experience in the sector is selecting an administrative assistant / VAT for its Barcelona office. \- Telephone reception \- Message registration and communication \- Email management \- Document management (completing registration forms and other documents) \- Document printing and photocopying \- Data entry into management software \- Daily support to technicians in their activities \- Daily liaison with customers to resolve queries and incidents \- Text processing \- Invoice preparation and claims * Minimum 1 year of experience. Administrative assistant / VAT experience with planning capability to organize tasks and strong communication skills. Customer service orientation and typing proficiency. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite). Time management skills and ability to meet objectives. * Vocational Training Qualification * Catalan (advanced spoken and written) * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Teamwork aptitude, planning and organization, written comprehension and expression, positive oral communication, attention to detail, and agility * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1300' to '1700'
