Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage orders, provide customer service, and support sales operations in a wine shop, including point-of-sale organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of orders, delivery notes, and invoicing. 2. Customer service via phone and in person. 3. Support for the sales and warehouse departments. Requirements * Education: Primary or intermediate-level studies * Preferred: Sommeliers and candidates with knowledge of the wine industry who wish to pursue a career in commercial management and wine retail. Some flexibility within working hours is required. * Requirements: Positive attitude and strong motivation to work and learn. * Essential: Proficiency in office software (email management, Word, Excel, etc.). Catalan and Spanish. * Other requirements: Immediate availability.
