As a Junior Business Data Analyst, you will be part of the BI team, collaborating on the design, development, and analysis of key information for decision-making across various business areas. Your mission will be to translate data into actionable insights, helping improve processes, optimize strategies, and deliver value through analytics. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Participate in the design and automation of reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL. * Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. * Learn and apply best practices in data visualization, modeling, and data storytelling. **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI. * Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
