Position Summary: Practical training in Property Management, supporting billing and financial operations, with potential full-time employment following training. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in financial audits and reporting RESPONSIBILITIES Internship in the Property Management Department, reporting to a Financial Analyst. The intern will primarily receive training across all areas detailed below, while also supporting the Billing Department in all required tasks to acquire the necessary financial knowledge, thereby enabling the possibility of joining the team after completion of the internship. * Tenant billing. * Entry and analysis of lease agreements into the company's ERP system. Analysis and reporting of key contract dates: expirations, rent adjustments, termination/renewal options. * Calculation of rent adjustments based on CPI and adjustment of expenses. * Updating, monitoring, and depositing security deposits, and monitoring received guarantees. * Calculation and reporting of fees. * Reporting of debt status, calculation of late-payment interest, and provisioning for bad debts. * Responsible for compliance with ISO and CBRE procedures. * Monitoring internal issues, issues from other departments, or those arising from the management program. * Supporting accounting audits of billing data. * Responsible for auditing managed contracts according to established guidelines. PROFILE Bachelor's/Graduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field. Advanced Excel skills. Advanced English proficiency. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
