**Weekend Kitchen and Customer Service Manager** At **Pecado Corral**, our chicken rotisserie in Seville, we are looking to hire a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to oversee restaurant operations over the weekend. What will you do? We seek a versatile person capable of managing the entire business process: * Prepare and produce weekend meals. * Prepare and place chickens on the rotisserie. * Monitor cooking and production times. * Carve and prepare chickens. * Prepare side dishes and other items on our menu. * Receive and manage orders. * Prepare and organize orders for customers. * Provide customer service. * Perform basic stock control and assess local needs. * Keep the kitchen, work area, and premises clean and orderly. * Carry out cleaning and closing procedures at the end of the shift. * Coordinate daily operations of the establishment. Schedule **Friday:** 10:00–13:00 **Saturday:** 10:00–16:30 **Sunday:** 10:00–16:30 Over the coming weeks, Sunday’s schedule will shift approximately to **08:30–16:30**. This position is primarily intended for work on **Friday, Saturday, and Sunday**. What are we looking for? A person who is: * Responsible and punctual. * Organized and efficient in their work. * Proactive and able to work autonomously. * Meticulous about cleanliness and order. * Skilled in customer interaction. * Capable of handling high-volume order periods. * Eager to assume responsibility within the business. Prior experience in **kitchen operations, hospitality, rotisseries, takeaway food, or customer service** will be valued; however, for us, attitude, responsibility, and organizational ability are especially important.
