We are expanding our **Generative Artificial Intelligence** team with a professional who has extensive experience in software architecture and development, as well as applied Generative AI experience in software development. **Some of the services we provide:** * AI Copilot-assisted application modernization: A diagnosis and customized modernization plan for applications within a functional and technological ecosystem, assisted by AI—enabling accelerated processes and source-level diagnostics: the code requiring modernization. * Generative AI training for internal and client development teams. * Client assessments where we analyze real code to generate realistic, lower-risk migration plans. **What will be your mission on the project?** * Technical leadership in high-value services, supported by multidisciplinary profiles, with direct client interaction (e.g., defining strategic plans, implementing architectures, AS\-IS TO\-BE, digital transformations, etc.). * Advising and supporting clients in Generative AI areas (e.g., defining implementation processes, aligning with regulatory and legal frameworks, PoCs, AI-powered solutions, MLOps, LLMs, training, etc.). * Business support: defining projects and services, designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, developing approaches/solutions, and evaluating: partnerships, events, opportunities, and approaches/solutions. * Generative AI training for both internal and external clients. **Minimum Requirements** * **At least 8 years’ experience as a software/solution architect, including design, estimation, risk management, and implementation of enterprise solutions across diverse technologies.** * Experience working with **Generative AI** in software development. * Experience and ability to support commercial activities, deliver presentations, and defend solutions. * Experience delivering training (highly valued). * English B2 level (highly valued). **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Remote work model**: Option to work from offices, always at the employee’s discretion. * **Flexible schedule**: Flexible hours (start at 8\.30 a.m., end at 6 p.m.), with intensive Fridays (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and summer intensives (July and August: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.). * **Vacation days**: 22 days of vacation \+ 2 discretionary days, plus December 24th and 31st off. * **Permanent contract**: From day one, with option of 12 or 14 annual payments. * **Flexible compensation**: Meal card, childcare voucher, private health insurance, training, and other tax-advantaged benefits. * **Benefits Club**: Discounts on technology, leisure, and training. * **Continuous training**: Access to Udemy Business, language courses, official certifications, and technical training. * **Career development plan**: Support to grow, specialize, or take on new challenges. * **Holistic wellbeing**: Nutrition, physical activity, and emotional balance programs. * **Work-life balance \+ LIFE**: 24/7 personal and family assistance. * **Inclusive environment**: Diverse and multicultural workplace. * **Social events**: Activities to connect with the team. **Apply now and we’ll share more details!** Stay updated on our news by following us here \-\> knowmad mood *At ***knowmad mood***, we commit to equal opportunity and respect for diversity.
