Job Summary: MIARCO is seeking Production Operators to supervise machinery, supply production lines, organize products, and maintain the work area, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations. MIARCO needs to hire several Production Operators for duties at Fuente del Jarro in Paterna. What would your responsibilities be? \- Monitor and supervise the proper operation of section machinery. \- Supply raw materials to the production line. \- Perform adjustments of measurements, materials, and labeling to match product specifications. \- Organize finished products on pallets for storage. \- Complete daily production reports. \- Perform maintenance and make adjustments. \- Clean and maintain the work area and machinery. \- Comply with occupational health and safety and quality standards applicable within the company. \- Carry out other tasks inherent to the position or as requested by superiors, even if not originally part of the role. \- Understand and apply the Quality guidelines established per the section procedure. \- Follow instructions specified in the manufacturing order. \- Conduct quality checks according to product specifications. \- Segregate, remove, and store appropriately—and under established conditions—the waste generated during manufacturing orders (OFs), cleaning, and basic equipment maintenance, as well as during any other collaborative tasks, using appropriate containers correctly labeled and placed in designated zones and/or storage areas. \- Report any anomaly that could lead to or cause environmental damage or an environmental emergency; e.g., fluid leakage from equipment or storage, discharge into the sewer system, abnormal mixing of waste, etc. What do we value? \- Dynamic and proactive attitude. \- Responsibility. \- Attention to order and tidiness.
