We seek a solid technical profile with experience in Microsoft environments, virtualization, and perimeter security, who can actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and continuous improvement of our technological infrastructure. **Required Profile** -------------------- **Education:** * Degree in Computer Systems, Systems Administration, or related field. * Technical certification of equivalent value will be considered an asset. **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years as a Systems Technician or in a similar role. **Essential Technical Skills:** * Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). * Identity management with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID. * Windows Server and Active Directory (users, GPOs, security policies). * Configuration and maintenance of pfSense firewalls. * Virtualization with VMware and/or Proxmox. **Technical Competencies:** * Advanced ability to diagnose and resolve incidents. * Structured management of technical documentation. * Organized work approach oriented toward continuous improvement. **Personal Competencies:** * Proactivity. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork. * Internal service orientation. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. * Identity and access policy management. * Administration of Windows servers and Active Directory. * Firewall configuration, maintenance, and monitoring. * Management and maintenance of virtualized environments. * End-user technical support and incident resolution. * System and procedure documentation. * Active participation in technology improvement and evolution projects. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- * Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud). * Microsoft, VMware, or other relevant certifications. * Scripting knowledge (PowerShell and shell). * Basic Linux knowledge. * Portuguese language proficiency. **We Offer** ------------- * Salary between **€19,000 and €21,000**, depending on experience. * Joining a stable and established technical team. * Participation in strategic technology projects. * Continuous training and technical updates. * A collaborative, professional environment focused on constant improvement. * Opportunities for internal growth within the Group.
