### **Description and Requirements**
At Endesa, we are firmly committed to training and talent acquisition. Therefore, we offer a Scholarship Program for recent university graduates who wish to join a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional competencies.
For this scholarship, we seek recent graduates in Engineering or those nearing completion of their Final Year Project (TFG), to join Endesa Madrid’s TRL Predictive Maintenance Department through an internship.
**What does the Unit do?**
In our Predictive Maintenance team, we leverage all available data from wind farms and hydroelectric power plants to optimize maintenance costs by detecting anomalous behaviors and/or failures.
We address the continuous growth of the energy industry with a team that combines experience and passion for asset data analysis, along with a strong innovative mindset—essential to enhance our detection capabilities and meet the need to optimize our work amid sector competitiveness.
Our work is grounded in deep asset knowledge, know\-how in predictive data analysis, and expertise in applying artificial intelligence.
Through this vacancy, we seek a data analysis leader motivated to apply artificial intelligence.
**What will you collaborate on?**
The intern will support tasks related to:
* Monitoring alarms and performing first\-level analysis of vibration, oil, and control system data—primarily for predictive maintenance of wind turbines.
* Using generative AI to assist in developing code and visualization tools enabling data extraction, reporting results, and automating tasks.
* Supporting predictive maintenance experts in continuous improvement initiatives.
**What education and knowledge will be considered?**
* University Degree in Engineering. Preference for industrial, aerospace, or telecommunications profiles.
* Knowledge of mechanical components: bearings, gearboxes.
* Programming in Python.
* Knowledge of wind turbines.
* Spanish and English at C1 level.
**What do we offer?**
Internship at ENDESA, **SWING Program:**
* Monthly gross study allowance of €900.00.
* Working hours: Hybrid model \- Full\-time.
* Workplace in Spain: Madrid \- Ribera del Loira, 60.
Endesa internships last nine months and consist of two parts: Practical Training at the Company and Academic Training.
Practical Training at the Company involves full\-time work Monday through Friday, 22 working days of annual leave, and a gross study allowance of €900. Concurrently, Academic Training is delivered: **Master’s in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, offered by Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS)**, fully online, with the primary objective of learning and enhancing competency profiles.
