**Packaging Operator** The job involves protecting and preparing the final product within an industrial production environment. The primary task is packaging furniture components—such as doors, frames, countertops, and hardware—using materials including cardboard, bubble wrap, stretch film, and corner protectors. All operations must follow established protocols to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition. In addition to packaging, each item must undergo visual inspection prior to sealing, identifying scratches, dents, or paint defects. It is also essential to label each package with barcodes and order references, along with handling indicators such as "Fragile" or "This Side Up." Other responsibilities include verifying assembly kits and hardware for each order, as well as organizing palletized materials safely for subsequent handling. The position involves operating semi-automatic or automatic packaging machinery—such as strapping machines or heat sealers—and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. We seek a meticulous individual with a steady work pace and the ability to follow procedures in a dynamic production line. Candidates must have 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in packaging, material handling, or production line roles; experience in the wood, furniture, or ceramics sectors is especially valued. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and dexterity in using manual and mechanical tools common in industrial packaging.
