Manufacturing Specialist Job description **Noxtec Development S.L.** is a small company dedicated to the manufacturing of medical devices. It is part of the Nippon Sanso Group, an internationally recognized prestigious enterprise. We design and produce high-tech medical devices for the international market. **The Manufacturing Specialist** plays a key role in ensuring production targets are met and quality is maintained. This position involves assembling electronic circuit boards, programming firmware into microcontrollers, preparing the computer platform for devices in production, and assembling final devices or their required components—including electronic, mechanical, computer, and pneumatic components. **Responsibilities:** * The candidate must manage daily operations on their assigned production line, including execution of work orders. * Operate in a low-to-medium volume production environment. * Ensure the team meets production schedules and deadlines. * Train new team members. * Maintain accurate production records, including output volume, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and safety. * Follow strict safety regulations and company standards. * Provide support to other personnel on the manufacturing line. **Minimum Requirements:** * At least 5 years of experience in development or manufacturing. * Advanced proficiency in software and basic knowledge of pneumatics and electronics. * Experience in monitoring manufacturing processes based on quality management systems, standards, or similar frameworks. * Strong soldering and repair skills for SMD and THT electronic circuit boards. **Desired Requirements:** * Experience in manufacturing or developing medical devices. * Experience in designing and developing devices. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely while complying with traffic regulations. **Competencies and Skills:** * Manual dexterity for final product assembly, primarily involving pneumatic, electronic, and software/firmware loading tasks on the device. * Organized, disciplined, methodical, and consistent. * Excellent planning and organizational skills. * Strong teamwork and communication abilities. **Job Information:** * Gross salary: 22\.000 – 25\.000 EUR per year * Contract type: Permanent * Shift and schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri About Us Nippon Sanso is one of the leading companies in the industrial and medical gases business in Europe.
