**BUTTER MANUFACTURING OPERATOR** **MANTEQUILLAS LACBAL, S.L.**, a manufacturer of dairy products and clarified butter (Ghee), is seeking to hire a person to work at our production plant. **What will be your main responsibility?** Your primary responsibility will be to participate in the **butter manufacturing process**, following the company's established instructions and procedures. **Responsibilities** * Receiving and preparing raw materials. * Operating butter manufacturing machinery. * Monitoring the production process: temperatures, timing, and production parameters. * Kneading and handling butter. * Preparing the product for packaging and storage. * Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on equipment and the production area. * Preparing and moving goods. * Loading and unloading products when necessary. * Compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality procedures. **We are looking for a person who is** * Responsible, punctual, and committed to their work. * **Capable of learning a specific manufacturing process.** * Dynamic and accustomed to physical labor. * Careful with machinery and products. * Organized and able to follow instructions and procedures. * Capable of working autonomously after the training period. * Prior experience in the **food industry, production, factories, or dairy product manufacturing** will be valued. * Experience operating machinery will be valued. * Experience operating a forklift will be valued. * This position requires a high level of physical stamina and dynamism due to the nature of manufacturing and warehouse tasks. **Prior experience in butter manufacturing is not mandatory.** The company will provide necessary training on the production process and equipment operation. **We offer** * Employment with a stable manufacturing company. * Full-time work. * Employment contract according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement. * Specific training on the manufacturing process. * Potential for continuity and job stability within the company. * Expected start date: **September 2026**. **Work location:** Madrid, Usera area.
