Key responsibilities: ** Monitoring and updating product stock across various sales platforms.** ** Order management and fulfillment.** ** Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.** ** Tracking incoming and outgoing goods.** ** Inventory review and organization to ensure stock accuracy and real-time updates.** ** Managing and tracking issues related to orders and returns.** ** Customer support regarding orders, exchanges, and returns.** ** Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.** We are looking for someone who is: ** Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.** ** Capable of working independently and resolving issues efficiently.** ** Experienced in stock management, warehousing, or e-commerce (experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, and 4Seller is a plus).** ** Skilled in communication and customer service.** ** Energetic and eager to join a growing fashion brand.** Start date: Immediate Salary: €600.00–€1,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company laptop * Free parking Work location: On-site
