Position Summary: A professional to intervene in the field of equal treatment, carrying out activities aimed at promoting the exercise of rights and combating discrimination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote equal treatment and combat discrimination 2. Carry out awareness-raising and support activities 3. Handle cases of discrimination and support victims We are seeking a professional to carry out equal treatment intervention in Avilés (Asturias). Responsibilities include implementing activities to promote the exercise of rights against discrimination and anti-Roma prejudice, within a programme focused on awareness-raising and support aimed at tackling inequality and discrimination against the Roma population. Support for victims and handling of discrimination cases will also be carried out, along with awareness-raising actions. A university degree (Bachelor’s or Licentiate) in Law is required. Proficiency in Office 365 applications and legal and jurisprudential databases is necessary. A valid driving licence category B and personal vehicle are required. One year of experience in similar positions is required. Employment will be temporary, covering a vacancy, on a full-time basis divided into morning and afternoon shifts. Salary conditions and other terms shall be governed by the Collective Agreement of the Fundación Secretariado Gitano.
