Job Offer – Concierge Alàbriga Hotel & Home Suites – Costa Brava **Department:** Front Office / Guest Experience **Start Date:** April/May 2026 until October 2026 Job Description At Alàbriga Hotel & Home Suites, we are looking to hire a Concierge for our Front Office team, with a strong guest orientation and experience in personalized service. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by managing requests, recommendations, and exclusive services, in line with luxury hotel standards. In addition, they will contribute to departmental development by proposing new experiences and collaborations to enhance the hotel’s service offerings. Main Responsibilities * Welcome guests and deliver personalized service throughout their stay. * Manage reservations for restaurants, beach clubs, activities, excursions, and exclusive experiences. * Arrange transfers, taxis, private drivers, car rentals, and VIP services. * Coordinate special services such as boats, private tours, events, personalized shopping, or special requests. * Attend to and anticipate the needs of VIP guests with discretion and professionalism. * Resolve incidents and requests efficiently, maintaining a proactive attitude. * Keep local information (Costa Brava) and premium service providers up to date. * Identify and propose new venues, activities, experiences, and exclusive services, contributing innovative ideas to enrich the guest experience. * Participate in building a network of quality service providers and strategic partnerships. * Coordinate with other hotel departments (Reception, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery. * Comply with internal hotel policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements. Requirements * Prior experience as a Concierge or in a similar role (Guest Relations; experience in 4*/5* hotels is highly valued). * Valid driver’s license (Category B). * High proficiency in Spanish and English. (Knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable, e.g., Russian). * In-depth knowledge of the local area (Costa Brava) and tourism services. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling. * Problem-solving profile, discretion, and strong service orientation. * Ability to create and develop new guest proposals and experiences. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
