Kendu Retail, a global leader in visual communication solutions, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team. You will work on exciting projects for a major international client, contributing to excellence in the execution and delivery of visual communication solutions. We are looking to hire a senior technician to strengthen our Technical Office, with advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, capable of integrating immediately into the design and development of technical solutions for the retail sector. The role’s objective is to actively participate in technical project development, generating technical drawings and 3D models that proceed to production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and technical feasibility. **Key Responsibilities** * Development of technical drawings and manufacturing documentation. * 3D modeling in SolidWorks of parts, assemblies, and complete solutions. * Review and adaptation of designs according to technical and production requirements. * Direct collaboration with production, procurement, and other technical departments. * Updating and maintaining technical documentation. * (Desirable) Support in generating product visualizations or renders. * (Desirable) Consultation and updating of technical information in ERP systems. **Essential Requirements** * Higher-level technical education (e.g., Advanced Vocational Training or equivalent). * Solid and demonstrable proficiency in SolidWorks (a key requirement). * Prior experience in a technical office or similar industrial environment. * Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into constructive solutions. * Autonomy, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability for immediate start. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in the retail sector, technical furniture, or commercial interior solutions. * Knowledge of rendering software (KeyShot, Visualize, etc.). * Experience working with industrial ERPs (Navision, SAP, or others). * A stable professional track record in technical environments. * A practical, results-oriented profile. **What We Offer** * Immediate integration into a rapidly growing Technical Office. * Participation in a solid and exciting business project within the retail industry. * A collaborative, technically oriented work environment with real impact on products. * Job stability and long-term vision. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and personal development. * Compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience and value.
