As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and improving engineering quality processes, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and driving development maturity across the organization. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Define and monitor quality metrics for projects. * Plan and ensure quality throughout the entire development lifecycle. * Guarantee requirement quality and traceability. * Define quality objectives for system and software development. * Ensure quality objectives are measurable and applicable to projects. * Coordinate communication and reporting with engineering teams and stakeholders. * Identify and implement process improvements. * Lead ASPICE deployment and improvement initiatives. * Participate in and coordinate ASPICE evaluations and assessments. * Support internal and external audits (ASPICE, IATF). * Train and guide teams on quality best practices. * Review processes and propose continuous improvements. * Coordinate activities among Systems, Software, Hardware, and Validation teams. * Act as the internal quality reference point within the organization. **What We Are Looking For** * Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Over 10 years of experience in process quality or development within the automotive sector. * Solid ASPICE experience. * Knowledge of IATF 16949\. * Experience in requirements management and traceability. * Knowledge of static analysis, unit testing, integration, and validation. * Experience with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D). * Familiarity with System, Software, Hardware, and Validation development environments. * Ability to coordinate international teams. * Advanced level of English. **We Especially Value** * ASPICE certification. * Experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262\). * Project management experience. * Knowledge of embedded software development in the automotive industry. * Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. **What We Offer** * Participation in high-impact international projects. * Innovative technological environment within the automotive sector. * Professional development within a growing company. * Multicultural and collaborative teams. * Stability and long-term career progression prospects.
