Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator/Manager with experience in facilities and multidisciplinary knowledge to coordinate the comprehensive maintenance of buildings. Definition and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance plans. **Maintenance Manager** ================================ **About Us** ------------------ TERRAPILAR is a company dedicated to the distribution and sale of construction materials, with commercial presence in the provinces of Alicante and Murcia. **Job Description** -------------------------- * We seek a candidate with experience as a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator or Manager, and general knowledge in electricity, electronics, mechanics, plumbing, HVAC, and other trades related to construction. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Coordination of comprehensive maintenance for the company’s facilities, buildings, and premises—primarily electrical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, etc. * Contracting and evaluation of subcontractors: Comprehensive management of contracts with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, private security, technical audits). * Supervision of regulatory inspections: Coordination of mandatory legal audits of fire protection systems (FPS), elevators, and medium/low-voltage electrical installations. * Coordination of corrective maintenance: Prompt assignment, prioritization, and resolution of critical equipment failures or technical incidents. * Definition of preventive and predictive maintenance plans: Scheduling systematic inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to avoid unexpected downtime. * Monitoring and supervision of visits and work performed by contracted external companies providing maintenance services for designated facilities (e.g., electricity, FPS, HVAC, fuel dispensers, landscaping, etc.). * Inventory management of spare parts: Monitoring stock levels of required materials and coordinating procurement or storage of essential tools. **Requirements** -------------- * High school diploma or higher vocational training qualification. * Prior experience in similar roles: Maintenance Manager, Site Manager, or equivalent positions. * Technical knowledge in: electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, fire protection, locksmithing, and painting. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Problem-solving ability, proactivity, versatility, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to travel. **What We Offer** ---------------- * Immediate hiring. * Job stability. * Professional development. * Company vehicle. **Details** ------------ Location: Pilar de la Horadada Working Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Split shift Salary: €28,000–€30,000 gross/year ### **Terrapilar – Pilar de la Horadada** Share this job posting
