Seize the opportunity to become a Heartist® and let your heart guide you in a world where life beats more intensely. **Job Description** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Spa Valet at Fairmont Spa & Wellness, you will be an essential member of the wellness team, guaranteeing that each guest feels welcomed, well-informed, and cared for from arrival through departure. Your attentiveness, kindness, and dedication will be key to delivering an elevated experience—aligned with the spa’s essence and harmonious with its natural surroundings. Through attention to space, support to the spa reception team, buggy driving, and direct guest interaction, you will help create a clean, orderly, and genuinely hospitality-oriented environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Deliver professional, friendly, and approachable service to all guests, serving as the first * point of contact upon their buggy pickup. * + Drive the buggy safely and efficiently to transport guests to the spa from various resort locations, courteously explaining facilities upon arrival. * Support the spa reception team with guest welcome, orientation, and basic customer assistance. * Maintain all spa areas—including locker rooms, * restrooms, showers, gym, waiting areas, and yoga studio—clean, orderly, and properly prepared. Perform disinfection and cleaning of fitness equipment and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. * Restock water, herbal infusions, fruits, towels, and other amenities across spa areas. * Collaborate with fellow team members to foster an excellent working environment and strong team spirit. * Actively participate in other departmental tasks as needed—such as promotions across different resort areas, active participation in product or service sales, workshops, and leisure activities related to the department—all delivered with a service-oriented attitude and attention to detail. * + Comply with safety, hygiene procedures, and internal policies. + Perform other reasonable job duties assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily carry out each responsibility. Requirements include: * Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude. * A service-oriented mindset and ability to anticipate guest needs. * Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual labor. * Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory). * Proficiency in English is considered an asset. **Requirements** **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform physical tasks. Lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 kg.
