In our language school and student apartments, we are seeking a maintenance worker, especially with experience in **apartment and school maintenance**. The selected person, reporting to the Accommodation Manager, will have the following key responsibilities: * Inspect the building and carry out minor repairs. * Maintain electrical systems (e.g., replacing light bulbs, sockets, etc.). * Maintain the building, including painting, carpentry, and masonry tasks. * Ensure heating systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and household appliances remain fully operational. * Inspect alarm systems (fire, security) and schedule repairs as needed. * Respond promptly to repair requests from apartments and classrooms to ensure an exceptional experience. * Carry out necessary construction work at the school and apartments. * Assist in preparing budgets. **What We Offer:** * Access to free language courses. * 38 working days of vacation! * Free fruit and coffee in the office. **Requirements:** * Immediate availability. * Native Spanish speaker. * Two years of experience in the same sector. * We seek a collaborative employee with a positive personality.
