Once you successfully complete the selection process, you will be assigned to the store that best fits your personal circumstances. **Your future day-to-day responsibilities** You will learn all tasks related to departmental store management: * Support a manager in daily department management, actively participating in their key responsibilities. * Review the commercial plan, analyze data, and contribute to actions aimed at achieving targets. * Participate in strategic team meetings, promoting communication and alignment with departmental objectives. * Contribute to decisions regarding orders and product placement (visual merchandising), ensuring an attractive and effective product presentation. * Support compliance with operational, safety, and environmental regulations. * Deliver an exceptional customer experience, collaborating with colleagues to **guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.** **What are the requirements for this internship?** * Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate or master's program in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce, or equivalent fields. * Ability to sign a collaboration agreement with an accredited educational institution. * Dynamism, energy, and excellent communication skills.
