Position Description: In this position requiring over three years of experience in labor administration, you will be responsible for comprehensive labor procedure management for clients: registrations and deregistrations with Social Security, drafting employment contracts, payroll processing, social insurance management, and communication with public agencies. You will also assist in preparing documentation for inspections, resolving labor-related incidents, and responding to inquiries from employees and companies. You will coordinate with the legal department on matters related to labor law and administrative procedures. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position located in Sevilla. Requirements - Experience with A3 labor management software - Education in Labor Relations, Law, Administration, or a related field, plus a minimum of three years’ experience in labor administration within advisory firms, management firms, or HR departments - Proficiency in office software (especially A3 programs, Excel, word processors, and payroll applications), customer service skills, organizational ability, teamwork, and capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously Working hours: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Fridays: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Salary: €15,306.75–€19,000.00 per year Benefits: * Summer reduced working hours * Reduced working hours on Fridays * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
