We are looking to incorporate a TASOC (Social Care Technician) for the afternoon shift, with the option of a contract of 15–20 hours per week, an indefinite-term contract, and a salary according to the collective agreement at entry level (with potential for improvement). The person will lead dynamic activities with elderly residents (stimulation, crafts, music, games), in coordination with the team. Prior experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must be energetic, proactive, and capable of building genuine connections. Warm, family-like environment with 36 residents.
