**Social Balance** seeks to onboard an intern interested in **Software Engineering and Cybersecurity**, motivated to develop their knowledge in a professional environment and participate in real technology projects.
**Training Objectives**
During the internship, the participant will be able to:
* During the internship period, the participant will have the opportunity to:
* Understand the operation of an international e-commerce platform and its technological architecture.
* Participate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal tools and applications.
* Become familiar with integration among different systems via APIs, web services, databases, and information exchange.
* Collaborate on automation projects aimed at improving internal processes and reducing manual tasks.
* Gain experience in data analysis and processing using database queries and tools.
* Participate in identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents related to software, systems, and integrations.
* Learn fundamental security principles for web applications, servers, networks, and databases.
* Learn how to detect and analyze potential vulnerabilities and security risks in information systems.
* Become familiar with concepts such as access control, user management, permissions, and authentication.
* Participate in reviewing and applying best practices related to data protection, backups, and information recovery.
* Learn about tools and methodologies used for system monitoring and detection of potential security incidents.
* Learn basic concepts related to hardening, vulnerability management, updates, and infrastructure protection.
* Participate in technical documentation of applications, integrations, procedures, and systems.
* Collaborate in evaluating new technologies and tools that may improve the company’s efficiency, scalability, or security.
* Gain practical understanding of how a company engaged in e-commerce and international operations manages its technological systems.
**Mentorship**
The participant will receive continuous guidance and follow-up throughout the internship period, with objectives tailored to their academic background and progressively increasing responsibilities in activities and projects.
**Candidate Profile**
* Students pursuing degrees in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or related fields.
* Interest in programming, systems, and cybersecurity.
* Knowledge of programming, SQL, Git, APIs, networks, and operating systems will be considered advantageous.
* Sufficient English proficiency to understand technical documentation.
* Analytical ability, curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
