Fundesplai is seeking a coordinator for one of our Summer Camps. Dynamic and committed individuals to lead our Masquefa camp team. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the team to define specific objectives for each school year * Manage the group of people assigned to your team * Ensure a positive team atmosphere among monitors * Coordinate with the designated follow-up technician * Supervise dining time and leisure activities * Promote healthy habits, coexistence rules, and attitudes toward food * Organize the dining area (behavior guidelines, meal monitoring, etc.) * Facilitate and supervise a group of children. ### **Requirements** \- Degree in Children's and Youth Leisure Management issued by the Directorate General of Youth of the Government of Catalonia. * Diploma as Monitor of Children's and Youth Leisure Activities issued by the Directorate General of Youth of the Government of Catalonia. * Good command of Catalan and Spanish. * Certificate of no criminal record regarding sexual abuse (to be attached as documentation) * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. Experience facilitating children's groups, school dining areas, leisure centers, or children's spaces will be valued.
