Ametller Origen is a company in full expansion phase, where you’ll have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and collaborate closely with the team. **What will be your mission at Ametller Origen?** Ensure coordination and operation of the section to guarantee supply, commercial implementation, customer satisfaction, your team’s satisfaction, and achievement of objectives. **How will you do it?** * You’ll be a role model for your team: You’ll support and monitor your team to ensure their training and development. * You’ll collaborate on supply management and guarantee the product flow from procurement to sale. * You’ll implement commercial actions for your section to ensure objective achievement. * You’ll support your supervisor in planning, team management, indicator tracking, and resolution of store incidents and needs. **What will make you succeed?** * Being enthusiastic, motivating, and communicative — this way, you’ll motivate your team, bring out the best in each person, and position yourself as a leader. * Prior experience in team management. * Your operational experience and vision in managing a section. * Analytical ability and holistic vision to ensure commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and identify priorities at any given moment. **What will the selection process be like?** * In the first stage, you’ll have an interview with a recruitment specialist, during which we’ll explain the project, responsibilities, and conditions we can offer. * In the second stage, you’ll have an interview with the regional manager and/or regional head to assess your technical expertise. * If you’re ultimately selected, we have an established onboarding plan for the role, through which, supported and trained by various specialists, you’ll learn how to perform your role and receive tools to make it possible. **Why work at Ametller Origen?** * We support your growth: If desired, the company’s growth will provide you the opportunity to advance and take on new professional challenges that enable further development. * Salary: We offer an indefinite-term contract with an annual fixed salary (between €22,000 and €23,500) and an incentive program (up to €4,200 annually).
