RAEE Plant Operator

We are seeking to hire a **RAEE Plant Operator** to strengthen our operations in response to the growing volume of waste from electrical and electronic equipment (RAEE) and the new operational requirements for lithium battery management. What will your responsibilities be? * Receiving, sorting, and handling RAEE waste. * Identifying and separating materials according to established procedures. * Safely handling lithium batteries and other components, following the company’s safety protocols. * Manually dismantling electrical and electronic equipment when required. * Sorting recoverable materials (ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, cables, etc.). * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety at the workstation. * Complying with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention procedures. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure smooth plant operations. What are we looking for? * Prior experience in recycling plants, waste management, industry, or warehousing is valued. * Ability to perform physical and manual tasks. * A responsible, organized individual with a proactive attitude. * Commitment to safety and teamwork. * Experience in handling RAEE or lithium batteries is advantageous but not mandatory. Requirements * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace. * Availability for immediate start. * Forklift license and experience operating material-handling machinery are desirable.
