For our Maintenance Department in Madrid, we need to hire maintenance technicians for electricity and HVAC installations in the tertiary sector. **Mission** If you are selected, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity of maintenance services across various facilities, meeting the operational needs of each assigned building. * Execution of the preventive maintenance plan for assigned installations, primarily in HVAC and electrical specialties. * Performance of corrective maintenance tasks for installations under your responsibility, with a high level of complexity in HVAC or electrical areas.
