Position Summary: Maxtiva Industrial is seeking a Site Supervisor for electrical installations in new construction projects, responsible for coordination, supervision, and project management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate on-site work teams. 2. Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets. 3. Maintain effective communication with clients and departments. Maxtiva Industrial, an electrical company based in Madrid, requires a Site Supervisor for its new construction electrical installation projects within the construction sector. Preference will be given to candidates holding a University Degree in Industrial Engineering or a Higher Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering. · \- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site, manage documentation, and oversee work execution. \- Guarantee compliance with established deadlines and budgets. \- Manage required human and material resources for the project. \- Maintain communication with clients and keep them informed about project progress. \- Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations. \- Resolve problems and challenges arising during construction. · \- Experience as an Electrical Installation Supervisor. \- Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certification required for site access. \- PRL 20H or PRL 60H\+6H. \- Proficiency in Word and Project. · \- AutoCAD. · \- Proven prior experience as a Site Supervisor for Electrical Installations. \- Ability to lead work teams and coordinate on-site activities. \- Commitment to adhering to budget and project execution timelines. \- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients, suppliers, and contractors. \- Effective and fluent communication with various company departments. · \- Immediate start. \- Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.
