Job Summary: Physiotherapist to work with elderly people, conducting assessments, treatments, follow-ups, and coordination with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Working with elderly people 2. Assessment, treatment, and follow-up tasks Physiotherapist to work with elderly people on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. \- Conduct physiotherapy assessments upon admission \- Identify problems, establish goals, and define physiotherapy treatment in preventive, maintenance, and therapeutic aspects \- Inform and involve the service user, their family members or reference person regarding the goals to be achieved, taking into account their capacities and needs related to human body functionality \- Apply appropriate physiotherapy treatments and techniques, individually or in groups \- Periodically review the functional status of service users, evaluate achieved goals and applied treatments, and record them in the corresponding protocol \- Prepare physiotherapy reports as requested, in accordance with professional practice and technical expertise \- Maintain attendance records for each service user \- Assess and propose the need for technical aids (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.) and advise on their use in coordination with the rest of the team \- Assess, design, fabricate, adapt, and monitor orthoses in coordination with the occupational therapist, where applicable \- Develop individualized and community-based environmental adaptation guidelines for each person, in collaboration with the rest of the team * 12 months of experience. Minimum and valuable experience in working with elderly people * Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Skills: Communication, initiative, leadership, decision-making, management values, teamwork, empathy, relational ability, prioritization * Temporary employment contract (7 months) * Morning part-time shift (4 hours per day) * Gross monthly salary: 1045 * Additional relevant information: Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
