As a Production Technician, you will participate in the manufacturing of radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, focused, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a demanding, shift-based production environment. ### **About the Role** **Responsibilities** * Execute batch preparation and production in accordance with established procedures * Manufacture radiopharmaceuticals following Good Manufacturing Practices and approved procedures * Perform cleaning, routine maintenance, and microbiological monitoring of areas and equipment * Verify incoming raw materials and outgoing materials against quality standards * Immediately report any deviations or out-of-specification results * Support inventory management, including material and waste control * Collaborate with the Production Manager and Qualified Person to ensure operational excellence * Participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in production processes * Support the training and onboarding of new personnel in the production area * Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. ### **Requirements** * Availability to work rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, night, and weekends * High attention to detail and ability to consistently follow strict procedures * High level of concentration and reliability in regulated production environments * Willingness to perform operational tasks, including equipment cleaning and maintenance * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Prior experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environments is desirable. **Benefits and Rewards** At Novartis, we are committed to reinventing medicine together—and rewarding the people who make it possible. Expected annual base salary range for this position: $25,500\.00 \- $47,300\.00 EUR The offered base salary is determined based on neutral criteria such as relevant skills, competencies, and experience, in line with Novartis’ salary-setting policy.
