JOB DESCRIPTION **Location:** Barberà del Vallès (Barcelona) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Salary:** €25,000 – €27,000 gross per year **Permanent contract** **Collective Agreement:** Industrial Laundries of Catalonia **Do you enjoy coordinating teams and ensuring everything runs correctly in a production environment?** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a **Laundry Supervisor** to lead the daily operations of an industrial laundry and coordinate a team of approximately 6 people. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of operations, guaranteeing service quality, compliance with internal procedures, and effective organization of the work team. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Coordinate and manage the laundry’s smooth operation, ensuring compliance with quality, production, and safety standards, as well as proper organization and supervision of the assigned team. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Coordinate and supervise the daily work of the laundry team (approx. 6 people). * Organize tasks and distribute workload to meet established deadlines. * Supervise carpet, mop, and other material washing and treatment processes. * Ensure compliance with company-established quality standards. * Conduct inspections and verifications on processed materials. * Manage and monitor inventory of materials and consumables. * Coordinate receipt, unloading, and organization of goods and materials. * Ensure proper functioning of machinery and facilities, tracking incidents and maintenance requirements. * Guarantee compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness procedures. * Monitor production and productivity indicators. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of work processes. **What We Offer** ------------------- * Permanent integration into an established company. * Fixed schedule, Monday to Friday. * Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €27,000, depending on experience. * Opportunity to develop responsibilities and team management functions. * Positive working environment and professional stability. REQUIREMENTS **What We Are Looking For** ------------------ * Prior experience as a supervisor, shift leader, or team leader in production, industrial, logistics, or industrial laundry environments. * Experience managing work teams. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented individual. * Leadership and communication skills. * Prior experience in industrial laundry, logistics, warehouse, or production is desirable. * Basic knowledge of stock management and production control.
