Key Responsibilities: 1. Medication administration and vital signs monitoring. 2. Management of clinical records and comprehensive patient care. 3. Collaboration with the healthcare professional team. \- Safeguard, prepare, and administer medications according to physician prescriptions. \- Measure blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. \- Organize clinical records and document specific data related to assigned duties. \- Attend to users, especially bedridden patients, regarding posture changes, feeding, wound care, medication, etc. \- Collaborate with other professionals.
