Opportunity for professional development and continuous training Overview: **\#LI\-DF1** ------------- We are looking for a mechanical design engineer with experience in **3D mechanical design** and **composite materials for LUGO**, capable of working with complex surfaces and advanced CAD tools. This position operates within the technical environment of the aerospace and defense sector, under a hybrid work model including **40% remote work** and on-site work at assigned facilities. What would be your mission?### **Responsibilities** * **3D mechanical design** of parts and assemblies. * Modeling of **complex and non-developable surfaces**. * **Design of components using composite materials**. * **Drawing drafting** and preparation of bills of materials (BOM). * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on aerospace and defense projects. * Use of CAD tools to develop mechanical solutions. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or related field. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in 3D mechanical design. * Proficiency in 3D CAD tools: + **Siemens NX** and/or **CATIA**. * Experience with **composite materials**. * Desirable knowledge of **UAVs** and aerial platforms. * Experience in sectors such as **aerospace**, **automotive**, or **railway**. * High level of **English** required for defense projects. ### **Key Competencies** * **Advanced CAD modeling**. * Ability to work with complex surfaces. * Accuracy in technical documentation. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Teamwork and effective technical communication.
