Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to join the Engineering Management department, supporting technical and operational decision-making, and leading equipment and facility maintenance and improvement. We are looking for an engineer to join the Engineering Management department directly, with visibility into the plant’s technical and operational decisions. *If you have not yet completed your degree, do not exclude yourself — this could be your job.* **What will you do?** * Support Engineering Management in technical and operational decision-making * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities * Diagnose failures and propose solutions to optimize equipment performance * Implement and manage a maintenance system ensuring efficiency and safety * Lead and train the technical team on industry best practices * Collaborate with other departments to ensure production continuity * Monitor maintenance costs and budgets, and report results to management * Document performed activities and implemented improvements **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Electronics or related fields) **or currently pending completion.** * Leadership ability and teamwork skills * Capability to solve technical problems with sound judgment and agility Experience in maintenance systems, industrial machinery and facilities, electricity, or PLC programming will be valued. **What do we offer?** * Permanent full-time contract * Split working hours from Monday to Thursday, intensive schedule on Fridays * Direct integration into the management department with visibility into the company’s technical strategy * A professional development plan within a dynamic and collaborative industrial environment Salary: €24,000.00–€30,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
